Age Limit: 18 to 32 Years as on 1st January 2016. Age Relaxation - 05 Years for SC, ST, SEBC, Women Categories; 10 Years for PWD Candidates & total period of service rendered in Defence Forces in case of Ex-servicemen.
Pay Scale: Pay Band-I ₹ 5200/- with Grade Pay ₹ 1900/- for both posts.
Minimum Educational Qualification: The candidate must have passed Intermediate (10th (Matric) with +2) or an equivalent examination with knowledge in Basic Computer Skills.
Selection Process:
(1) Preliminary Examination -> General Awareness-100 marks of 1&1/2 hrs duration, (qualifying in nature).
(2) Main written Examination -> 03 papers, (English & Odia Language-100 marks, General Knowledge-100 marks), Arithmetic & Basic Computer Skills-(100 marks each) Computer Skill Test-50 Marks (Qualifying in nature).

Examination Fee: ₹ 100/- (can be remitted online through Odisha Treasury Portal (e-chalan) or Treasury Chalan in any Treasury/ Sub-Treasury under the prescribed Head of Account. "0051-PSC-104-UPSC/SSC-Examination Fees-0047-Fees collected for conducting examinations-02041-Examination Fees". The ST, SC & PWD candidates are exempted from paying any examination fee.
